As such, we are extending our phone support hours from 9:00am - 9:30pm Mon-Fri, and as previously you can contact us 10:00am-6pm Sat and 12:00pm-6:00pm Sun. Additionally you can contact our friendly agents via online chat 24/7 hours a day!
ComFi has launched Chat Support for those with no telephone access and also for the off-hours of phone support. Representatives can help customers via chat with any issues that arise with their accounts, as well as help to refill accounts and change PINless dialing as well as Autorefill options. ComFi plans to improve Customer Service to customers worldwide. Currently, ComFi provides international calling card services to people around the world at www.comfi.com. ComFi will be improving their Customer Service Department with representatives that are available to explain and resolve customers’ problems.
Prior to the expansion, Customer Service hours primarily targeted North and South American Customers. With the fast-growing customer base in Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia, ComFi will soon be providing 24-hour Customer Service to better accommodate these areas. Customers will be able to inquire about the products available, resolve billing or technical issues, receive purchase support, and communicate with representatives at any time.
Phone hours are being extended one hour Monday through Friday until 9:00 PM- Eastern Time. Additionally, customers will now be able to speak with ComFi Representatives on Sundays from 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM as well as the rest of the 7-day week.
Customer Service is based in the U.S., although, for non-English speaking customers, assistance can now be provided in Spanish and Russian.
Additionally, ComFi (http://www.comfi.com) will be launching Chat Support for those with no telephone access and also for the off-hours of phone support. We have launched our newest calling card - Discovery! Use Discovery to call across the globe at low rates!
The Discovery phone card is a refillable Permanent PIN card. Minutes can be added online, by phone, or by using the AutoRefill option. Other features include PIN Free Access, no connection or maintenance fees, high quality connection and low calling rates to many countries. Local Access numbers are available in addition to Toll Free Access. Use Local Access numbers in your area and get the cheapest rates!
Speed Dial has now been enabled on the following cards: Bizon, FastWorld, Partner, Penny Boss, Solaris and Lucky Minutes. Use the Speed Dial feature for quick calling to number that call frequently.
Speed Dial Instructions:
1. Dial the access number, wait for the prompt.
2. Enter the PIN number, wait for the prompt.
3. Dial: ‘#’ ‘2′ ‘#’ [a speed dial number: 1-9] ‘#’ [destination number] ‘#’. The system will confirm the number. (Note that 0 cannot be assigned as a speed dial number).
Example: [#] [2] [#] [1] [#] [011-555-55-55-55-55] [#]
Use Speed Dial:
1. Dial the access number, wait for the prompt.
2. Enter the PIN number, wait for the prompt.
3. Dial: [speed dial key (1-9)] “#”
Speed dial allows setting up to 9 speed dial numbers.
